Each session is designed to provide you with a customized practice that fits where you are in your motherhood journey. No two mamas are exactly the same, in pregnancy, postpartum, or parenthood and your practice should reflect this.
Rose Moon can offer Ayurvedic Nutrition counseling as well as breath coach lead Pranayama sessions both of which compliment our foundational service and specialty, pre/postnatal yoga.
Bolsters, Straps, Bands and Blocks we have all the equipment and education to help you (at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery) have a comfortable yoga practice. No previous experience required.
All services are provided in home for your convenience. (remote & alternative class details below) Our mission is integrating mindfulness into your daily life which begins by practicing in your own space.
